Diet Chart


Instruction Regarding Fat burner:

  • Start your Day with 10 days fat burner in the empty stomach, Take breakfast at least after 30 minutes.
  • Conclude your day with 10 days fat burner after your dinner with 30 minutes gap.

Instructions should be followed without fail :

  • Don’t skip meals
  • Have home-made food
  • Choose smaller plates and bowls

Breakfast

Note: If you wake up at 7am in the morning, you should not take your breakfast later at 10am.
  • Chapatti
  • Fruit Salad
  • Vegetable salad
  • Idly
  • Wheat bread
  • Oats
  • Wheat upma without oil

Mid noon snake (Between 11 To12)

Note: don’t add sugar
  • Take lime juice with honey
  • Take Green Tea

Lunch (between 1 To 3)

  • 1/2 bowl of boiled vegetable of your choice
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 plate vegetable salad prepared from cucumber, beetroots, carrots, tomatoes
  • Normal homemade foods like samber ,rasam /Any curry..etc

Evening snake (Between 5 To 6):

Note: Take without sugar
  • Take aloe Vera Juice
  • Green tea/black tea

Dinner (Between 8 to 10)

Note: Take without sugar
  • Chapatti
  • Fruit Salad
  • Vegetable salad
  • Idly
  • Wheat bread
  • Oats
  • Wheat upma without oil

Fruits

  • Orange and tangerines
  • Watermelon
  • Pineapple
  • Pawpaw
  • Apples
  • Pears
  • Other healthy fruits
  • No Banana

Vegetables

  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Lettuce
  • Broccoli
  • Cucumber
  • Spinach
  • Bitter leaf and Tomatoes
